Return/Exchange Instructions:
Repack all merchandise securely in a protective box and send to the physical address above. All items should be insured and certified. Please keep your receipt and tracking number until you receive your replacement or refund. Any items not received by Wholesale Celebshades will not be refunded unless tracking number can be provided. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt and instructions explaining how you would like your return handled, ie. refund or merchandise exchange. If you desire to exchange for another item, include product number, description, and color. There will be a 25% restocking fee on ALL wholesale orders.


60 Day Money Back/Merchandise Exchange Guarantee:
We offer a full 60 day money back/merchandise exchange guarantee (with the exception of wholesale orders - see restocking fee information above), no questions asked. All we ask is that you return all merchandise to us in secure packaging.

Best Price Guarantee:
If a Wholesale Celebshades item goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase please contact us via email and we will promptly refund you the difference.

Refund Processing:
We will handle all refunds within 24 hours of receiving returned merchandise. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the original card. Money order purchases will be refunded by check.
